I couldn’t make enough money to support my drug habit. So I started making money the ‘easy way’, dealing and stealing. I ended up in jail…that only made things worse. Life was a living hell… I wanted to die. I didn’t care anymore. I had hit bottom.
Welcome Home stopped the downward spiral. I realized how messed up I was. Getting back up is not easy, but I am on my way. I have two children out there who want their dad back. I have so much to look forward to. I now have a future. I now have goals. I can smile again. Welcome Home has given me my life back.

I was so hopeless that death seemed almost inviting. It makes my skin crawl when I think back to those days, but it is necessary to remind me that nothing good comes out of being a drug-fuelled criminal with nothing to lose.
